It's a very fast, very spastic action, and at the same time he makes a sheep-like sound (not purring) that sounds like if you trilled your toungue with your mouth closed. It's a very strange sound. He also makes this sound when he's trying to get your attention. Not a meow, not a pur, but a sound like a sheep makes!

I have two cats and they make this sound a lot! I don't get it either but they seem happy all the time. Cats are spastic so they do spastic things. Sometimes mine will just chase each other relentlessly for an hour back forth in the kitchen. I don't get it. Kitties is crazy! Peace
