I am going to a coworker's wedding. I am NOT going to the reception, so I will not be able to drop the gift off there. Is there an appropriate time I should give it to her? Before? After?

if it's something they can use before the wedding then before. if you are giving a toaster or set of glasses or a 'general' gift then after would probably be best.

Anytime convenient to you but it's best to be before. That way she knows you have given a gift and she doesn't have to lug gifts from the reception.

You can do either before or after the wedding. Have you purchased the gift already? If it isn't too big, you can have it shipped to her address. If not, you can wait until she gets back from her honeymoon. She will be very happy whenever she gets it.

If you know someone else who is going to the reception- you can have them bring it. Otherwise, dependingon your gift would determine when you give it and if you do it personally or mail it.

Before is OK, or whenever is most convenient for you. There is usually a ton of stuff, so before or after isn't really an issue.

you could give it to her at work and wish her a happy dayl or mail it to her home...i would give it to her about a week before the wedding...
