Just make better food choices.
Like choose grilled or baked instead of fried.
Choose wheat instead of white.
Try to eat more vegetables.
Make sure you get plenty of water. If your not used to making these better choices , then slowly work your way up. Just making better food choices even without exercize, will help in weight loss. But if you'd like to help more in the process then start exercizing. Starting off with walking and then building your way up.

Take baby steps and you will find that you can slowly turn your habits around for the better.

A healthier you!

You can't. Impossible. Never been done. You can try massive amounts of calorie-burning exercise but that takes mucho discipline. If you can't control your food intake, you won't be able to follow an exercise program. On the other hand, it's how you define a "diet". Eliminating fast food, soda pop, beer, red meat and so forth is not really a diet. Just common sense. And walking 45 minutes a day is not really exercise. Just a walk through the hood. But if you do both, you'll lose weight, guaranteed. Slam dunk guarantee. It'll come off slow, but it'll come off.

You can't but do know that "dieting" doesn't mean cutting back. It can also mean switching to healthier choices and cutting out all the junk and empty calories. Exercise alone generally won't do it because you can't burn enough calories to lose more than a small amount over a long period of time. That's not to say you shouldn't exercise. The more muscle you have the more calories you can consume.

The worst thing you can do is yo-yo, dieting and then gaining. It's best to make healthy choices and get the best calorie bang for your calorie buck.

Swim a mile in laps 3 to 5 times a week. You don't have to swim like a pro, just go back and forth, any stroke, at your own speed for a mile. You will be proud of the results.
Also, give up ONE thing forever. I quit using sugar in my coffee. I use Equal or Splenda now. Just think of all the calories I save in a year. Whatever you decide to give up will be worth it in the long run. Make it easy on yourself; something simple.
last, I say work on good posture. You will be amazed at how much more slender you look standing up/sitting properly. Stand in the mirror and look, no kidding, "before"/"after", "before"/"after". See what I mean? Amazing.
Well, I also walk or ride a bike whenever I can instead of riding in the truck. Just all kinds of little things add up.
Have fun with it and never suffer over weight control.

Definatly don't diet, it a good thing that you don't want to diet cause diets honestly don't help. startout by taking 2-3 10 min walks a day. And when you have time, like standing in a line, or waiting for something just suck in your stomach it'll help tighten your stomach muscles. And after ykou start walking try finding a few walking buddies to walk with you to make it more enjoyable.

You can't. If you want to ask how do you lose FAT without dieting, well, then the answer is exercise, but you probably won't lose weight for awhile because you will be building muscle which is much heavier than fat.

Go walking a half hour every other day, and stretching exercises on the alternate days.
Your weight loss will be very slow but consistent, as long as you don't eat more than you currently do.

If you're willing to exercise (raise your heart rate) a minimum of 30 minutes EVERY DAY, you will eventually lose weight if you're not eating like a maniac (unless you have an underactive thyroid and then you won't lose weight no matter what you do!).

weight gain =calorie intake - normal losses - exercises

if u don't wanna diet rightly so as i will not recommend it, then exercises and small meals to increase your BMR is the best possible way.
