Hold on to him. Work is one of the best places to find a healthy relationship.

Yes, find somebody outside of work. Work relationships can be dicey, and if your not allowed to have them due to company rules, then why bother putting unneeded stress on yourself?

if you like the guy, ask yourself which of the two of you would change jobs? either that or both end up fired, or possible blame-gaming each other if one, not both, get fired. lying and secrets bleed through the workplace.

If you value your job, then don't do it. Besides, it doesn't sound like he actually said he broke up with her---so, you'll only give yourself a lot of needless drama.

i would find someone else ... he hasn't made an effort to see the other girl ... what's to say he won't do the same with you and if you leave your job because of him ... will it be worth the relationship?

It seems to me all you are concerned with is getting laid. Try using your brain to think instead of what lies in your panties.
