Yes, find somebody outside of work. Work relationships can be dicey, and if your not allowed to have them due to company rules, then why bother putting unneeded stress on yourself?

if you like the guy, ask yourself which of the two of you would change jobs? either that or both end up fired, or possible blame-gaming each other if one, not both, get fired. lying and secrets bleed through the workplace.
