I think you shouldn't be scared to tell her that you like her. Just build up as much guts as you have and tell her up front. Or else put the note in her locker at school.

flirt with her. flirting: flatter her, make her feel fantastic about herself. while you do this, slip it in that you like her. i've always thought that actions speak louder than words. maybe give her a flower or something sweet that you know she would like. if you like her that much, i'm sure you know something about her. be honest with her. let her know that you have these feelings and just feel compeled to let her know that _____________ (fill in the blank with something sweet about her). design what you say around the type of person she is. what works on one girl may not work on another. be unique but not outlandish. just remember, everyone like to hear that someone thinks of them enough to tell them that they are special and are liked. best wishes! have fun! tell her you like her theres no point in hinting about it she'll get confused.. if she doesnt feel the same ask to stay freinds she may changer her mind after geting to know you.
