Every day?! Easy! That's pretty bad. sunbeds are ok about once a week but you should have a break from them. Apparantly you should have max 500 in your life. They are good for lots of things tho

Sunbeds are known in our family as cancer beds, and with good cause. You are far exceeding the recommended exposure and just playing a waitng game for the cancer to arrive!

No...sunbeds are just as damaging to your skin as the sun is. You risk have wrinkled, leathery skin when you are older, as well as skin cancer. Skin cancer can happen at any age, and it can kill. Is it worth losing your life in order to have a tan?

Why not try sunless tanning lotion? There are some lotions out now that don't turn you super orange.

A daily basis....no! But once a week, using a good cream....yes!

I think if you protect your skin beforehand, with a good appropriate cream, then it gives you a nice glow.

The rest of the time, I use tanning wipes...there really good and I don't look like i've been tangoed!!!

Keep it up and you'll soon have the complexion of an old battered leather handbag! Seriously though, it is the fastest way to age and damage your skin. Try a good fake tan instead.

My friend it is proven scientific fact that the UV rays from the sun and tanning beds are hazardous to your health. Ever seen someone who suffers with Cancer? I suggest dropping by a Chemo centre, you'll change your mind very fast.

i agree with her. I feel the sun is so good for you why use something so unnatural. I don't know, but I think bad things are probalbly going to start happening to people who have used them so much. but only time will tell

you only need a sun bed if your too self consious about your apperance (or have no brain cells that work).

tan in the middle of the winter just makes you look like a freek.

it is also unhealthy and can lead to cancer or the disease called death.

Yeah. They are really not great for your skin. You'll be wrinkly before your time. What's wrong with a professional spray tan?
