My dog has ibeen throwing up food as if she didn't digest it. The past two incidents have been almost an entire bowl. I havent really changed her diet recently, but this symptom happened yesterday and today. I fed her later in the day yesterday and she seemed to hold it in. And she is still excreting feces although not as much so some of it is going down. I can't figure out the problem. Please no opinions, only expert opinions like someone who had something similar happen or a vet who had the same problem.

If your pet isn't showing any signs of diarrhea with the throwing up,it probably is because she is consuming her food too fast.Try feeding her smaller portions at a time.If she has diarrhea with the throwing up this could be a sign of parvo if she isn't up to date on vaccinations. It could also be a sign that your pet has worms.A vet is recommended, but if not, takeaway all food and water, and give her the baby non-flavored pediolyte for 24 hours, this should correct the problem if not the suggestions listed above.

I'm very experienced with dogs and will honestly tell you to take the dog to the vet ASAP. Dogs can also develop new allergies to food just like we can. More so, your dog can be displaying signs of a serious illness.

I would make sure she is drinking water too. With anyone that throws up; we get dehydrated. Now its time to figure out why and I wouldn't delay much longer. Hopefully it is not something very serious for no one here on Yahoo Answers can fully diagnose her without actually giving her a physical exam. Only your vet can do that.

Another thing you can do is to check the expiration dates of the dog food just to be certain. Good luck!

I of my dogs does the same thing sometimes for no reason at all the vet said he's fine he prob just ate a bit 2 fast and got blocked wind so brought the lot bk up.

My other dog's never sick and they eat the same food.

If i was you I'd get her checked up at the vet asap as she's done it twice in a couple of day's
.
She may just have a upset tummy or it could be that she could have swallowed something and it's causing a blockage
and if that's not treated it could KILL HER.

Good luck hope she's OK :O)

I had a dog that did that once. I would take her to the vet ASAP sounds like she could have something in her stomach that is preventing her from digesting, a toy or an object caught in there. This could be very serious!! Get the the VET NOW!!
