It is absolutely real. Here is the site: as someone else has already warned you, be careful of scams. Entry is free.

Bah. It's for real, though I don't see why you'd need a lottery. USA would want me, if I was willing to move there (however, then I'd have to give up state pension and all the rest of my benefits).

I have met someone who has won. They won a few years after they had entered. His name stayed in the draw and he is now in the US.
