Since I quit cutting a while ago (I never cut deep) I have a few suggestions. 1. Tea tree oil(1-2 drops on areas, it's too concentrated for more than that) 2. Keep them clean and they should fade in 3-7 days 3. Wash with normal soap and water until they go away (Kind of like #2) 4. Peroxide 5. Polysporin/Neosporin (I'm Canadian so Polysporin but I've heard of American Neosporin) Keep them aired out and open 6. Don't pick scabs

It's not a home remedy but silvadene cream 1% works miracles. You'll need a prescription for it. My step daughter had a rug burn scar on the side of her face from wrestling with her brother (this happened at her mothers where there are no rules - argh). We put the silvadene cream on it and the scar was gone in 2 days.

Try using a styptic pencil on them twice a day. There is a chemical in styptic that causes very quick constriction of the blood vessels at the site of the cut, stopping bleeding fast. (You can find them in the drugstore near the men's shaving products.) At night, clean the wounds with hydrogen peroxide to kill any bacteria, and then smooth on some antibacterial ointment. Cover with a bandaid and clean it well in the morning.

My answer is never use plasters as these cuts require air and oxygen to form a scab and thus heal. The best possible answer is to use an alcohlic deodarant like Lynx. It stings like hell but it sure works quick. If you dont believe me.... try it and find out!!!

I'm not sure what kind of cuts you have but an antibacterial ointment would be good, then when they are not bleeding anymore cocoa butter stick would help the markings.
