They should have his national insurance number !!
It's up to them to them to find him that way.......but if you hear from someone where he's working you could then contact the CSA and give them the information.
It takes a long time for them to find people.

No, every father does not have to pay the CSA. It depends on you. If you chose to involve the CSA the father will be liable to pay 15% of his taxable income. The decision is up to you. If you don't want the CSA then you don't have to have them. The only exception is if you are claiming income support etc. then the CSA will be involved but the rules have recently changed and you will be able to come to a private arrangement if you wish but any money you receive may reduce the amount of certain benefits that you get. As the CSA are rather poor at dealing with everybody and lead to constant problems, it is simple best if you can sort out payments between yourselves. Of course should the father refuse to pay then the CSA can be involved.

Its really a sad situation. Though these are every Day's stories but some people still claim that 'he' is her best friend. Then Y ? the same friend, after getting his satisfaction achieved from her then the same 'best' disappears for ever and leaving this girl (may be still teenage) to wonder in this world with her child? Its really NOT clear that in spite of the whole cheating environment, foolish girls fall in fake love of these cheaters?
Now she has to manage herself all needs for herself and her baby.
Can you imagine, if the baby was as a result of regular and registered marriage then situation wud had been different.

No. But it's not gonna make thwe blind bit of difference if he is paying. Your friend isn't gonna get any more, or less, money. Why don't you just let it go- he's the one missing out, not seeing his child

And if you try you are breaking the law.
