I like long foreplay and afterplay too. Those moments when you hug together and glide slowly back down.
I have found that too long for some is not enough for others. You have to play it by ear. Vary it. Exploration is the secret to an interesting and varied sexual experience and both parties should value it all the more.
Sometimes we just want a quickie, sometimes we're in a hurry, but for the rest of it, a couple should explore each other with all their senses and foreplay is perfect for that.
I've had girlfriends that would actually get bored quickly with things that could keep others very interested for a long time.
Its down to personal taste.

As a final answer, is that one hour every time with the same person? Then they may be getting bored if you go through the same "routine". Variety is the spice of life, and whipped cream and strawberries the desert of excellence.

Ladies are lucky in one respect: They can enjoy sex for much longer a period of time than a guy, should they have a caring enough partner. Foreplay can be enjoyable to a woman for a very long time, and it's up to the woman how long. The important thing is that both the man and the woman achieve full orgasm. For a man that could be, literally, seconds (LOL). For a woman, it can be an eternity!

lol u guys, the idea of forplay is leading up to sex that in theroy should not take you 1 hour what the hell are u upto
but on the other hand it can take as long as you want so go with the flow!

It depends on the the people involed. I didn't know people put time limits on foreplay it's just stupid. You and your partner will be ready when your body says so
