How do i put audio and animation on a profile picture.?

Eg a game profile or similar. do i need to download software ?.

depends on which site your making a profile for. usually you have to make gif files you can do them on flash proffesional 8 or on adobe photshop. thats how i do mine and its good. so yeah try them mate. :)
