1. only two weeks into the relationship she immed my brother, ( then 15 ) and told him, " to watch out for my stack of porn." she was 22.
2. she complimented my brother's eyes in front of our friends saying how beatiful they were
3. she started smoking pot with my lil brother and buying him booze cause he was underage.
4. she stayed with me 4 3 months then my brother moved in too when he got into a fiight w my dad..whenever i worked they were home together and one time she smoked with my lil brother and isolated themselves from me.
5. i found a gmail she didn't erase in her account while we were together..the guy from the army wrote he loved kickin it with her and he's a grown man now..she said she wanted to try on his boots and she still had his red shirt he gave her. she was 20..he was 17.

Yeah, none of that adds up, although its considered molesting, it sounds like your little brother might be enjoying this liasion. If you suspect this, then put a stop to it. She's your ex, why is she even still around? And give your brother the third degree about it, see if he fesses up.

It depends on the age of consent in your state whether a crime has been committed. You'd probably be better off breaking off with her instead of getting her arrested, though.

I would certainly break up with someone who smoked pot, no matter who they did it with. Do you smoke pot? Did you do it when you were 17?

it sounds like she is nieve,,i dont know about a molester though,,she may just like the fact she is older and enjoys playing the role of someone who is more powerful than the 'men' she seduces. at 17,,your brother isnt a child and will like the attention from an older woman,,the fact she encourages it is down to poor judgement on her part. it is doubtful he will thank you for saying anything and if he is allowing her to sleep with him or touch him,,it is highly likely he enjoys it. watch him but do be sure he is being taken advantage of before you start something you may regret.

it does sound like they've hooked up ... but it was more consentual than molesting ... I think she may of had more in common with him than with you but I don't think she'd be dumb enough to be with him while he was a minor ... at 17 he's not considered a child anymore and sex can be considered consentual.
