So... you saw her with another man and want to tell her husband, but you're unsure because you want to be with her too? That doesn't make any sense. If you were really concerned about seeing her with another guy you wouldn't consider being another guy on her list.
Plus, why would you do that to your friend? If he really is your friend, you wouldn't even THINK about doing his wife.
AND if she spreads her legs so easily, think of the STDs she might have. You want one too?
I'd tell your friend what happened and then back off and let them work it out between themselves. Don't get too involved or he might blame you for what's happening between them.

You'd be willing to bang your FRIEND's wife? Whoa! What kind of friend are you? What kind of wife is she where she was busted being out with some other guy and then turning around and offering you sex to keep your mouth shut about it? I wouldn't think you would need any advice here. I don't know if you know enough about the situation to go back and tell your friend anything. (Do you know for sure she was having sex with this guy or was it the fact that she was in the company of man that makes you think that?) Wait until the 2 (your friend and his wife) or them are together and then casually mention the incident? (Was that someone you worked with that I saw you with at the bar the other day?) I'm sure what she has to say will be no less than "amusing" but then at least you did bring it up to your friend. Then it will be left between the 2 of them of what happens after that.
DON"T SLEEP WITH YOUR FRIEND'S WIFE!!!!!!!! Put the shoe on the other foot and think of how you would feel if one of your "friends" was sleeping with your girl! How's that old saying go? One night of pleasure can bring a lifetime of pain? Don't mess up a friendship behind some coochie! It's really not worth it!

Wait a minute, let me get this straight. You see your friend's wife at a bar with another man. To keep you from telling her husband about her being with another man, she makes you an offer that would make YOU another man, and you're considering it? This does not seem hypocritical to you? You want to tell you friend his wife is with some other guy, and then admit that you're thinking of doing the same thing - and what's worse, with your friend's wife! You must not care about his feelings if you're willing to cheat with his wife for her to buy your silence. Sorry, but true friends do not do the friend's significant other under any circumstances. This poor guy has a wife who's cheating on him with someone else, and willing to cheat on him with his friend - and the friend (you) is seriously thinking about it. Sad. Sad. Sad.

FRIEND'S don't "do" their friend's wives. As a friend, you owe it to this guy to let him know that you did see his wife with another man and she offered you her treasure trove of goodies in exchange for your silence. She could give her husband HIV and he needs to know what she's up to. Please do the right thing by this guy. He's got enough to deal with as far as his marriage is concerned without you betraying him too.

It depends I suppose, on what your friendship means. Does friendship mean a way to blackmail a friend's wife into bed? Does friendship mean loyalty? Actually, it depends on if you are scum, or have a sense of honor. Myself, I'd tell the husband. No matter how "hot" she is.

You dont have to poke your nose in their personal life... And never accept any offer that is being made out of this sort of development... Just forget what you have seen...

The guy probably already knows about her. I'd stay away from her and the subject. No matter what happens, you'll be the bad guy.

She sounds like a tramp, do not have sex with her, you might catch somethin'. I would not tell her husband, that is a whole can of worms, that someone else should open. If you feel you must do one or the other, tell him. Don't have sex with her.

two wrongs don't make a right ... you should be the bigger person and realize what a ho your friend is married too ... and be there for him as his marriage falls apart ... no woman is worth a frienship no matter how hot she is ... and for all you know she'll make it back fire on you by saying YOU propositioned her!!

I cannot believe you are considerring doing her.
The obvious solution to your "problem" is to get some evidence of her misbehaviour and tell her husband.
