It's not a good thing to delete hidden files - these are system files the computer needs. You can run "disk cleanup" - this should take care of the temp files (not just temp internet files) on your pc, then run Defrag (to optimize the performance). I wouldn't mess with the hidden files, unless you really know what you're doing.

Hidden files are hidden for a reason, they're usually important files that help the system run, and if you delete any the o/s won't work properly any more.
I suggest uninstalling any games or software that you are not using right now, and defrag your hard drive.

you do not delete hidden files or ur pc will not login you free up space by removing software you dont use from control panel >add remove
