many are giving answers that would sound well in a manual on how to treat the the profane, banal or socially disfigured, who happen to be genuine, nice folk - humanely - its what we want to hear about beauty, blah blah blah - but really - be serious, lets not belittle the quality of beauty and belittle our language -
beauty is a that instance in time, that moment, when something pierces the heart into the soul, and you stand there with you mouth agape -

hopefully beauty arrives more than once in our lives and less fleeting and ephemeral like a real living flower (i.e. we find plastic ones - aesthetically repulsive) - We should not reducing the idea of "beauty" to such pandering.

Beauty, yes has many faces, and many forms but to answer to the call of "true beauty" answers would be so esoteric, and from that inner perspective - unable to reach the profane in this format.

But imagine your first born child, was that not an experience of true beauty? Something so overwhelming, so profound, that it envokes tears in your eyes today for re-thinking it?

i think true beauty is on the inside. someone who is a great friend, would help you out in any situation, is a free spirit, and lives for themselves. i have a friend that is all of those. physically she is very overweight, but she is a wonderful person and i strive to be more like her every day. she doesn't take anyones crap and she stands up for what she believes in no matter what.

the true beauty lies within you ,,i have seen alot of people in my life that they were so ugly(outside) and i really didnt like to have contact with them but after some times passed and when i got to know their real personality i really felt they are the most beautiful people in the planet ,, the beauty from inside will last forever but outside beauty (face, body, etc) will be common and u will get used to it after sometimes,,,

I believe a person who never bad mouths anyone, looks for the good in people and loves kids, and can always make you laugh. Is never negative about things. A generous nature. My mother n law. everyone's jealous of me, becasue my mother n law is so great. She is a true friend. We are so close I forget she is the mother of my husband. I am nothing like her, but I am learning from her example.
