I have been trying to get my hair back to its natural dark brown color and have not tried dying it for over 2 months...the last dye I used was L'Oreal Feria, but the color was a lighter brown than mine. Now I have about an inch of dark brown at my roots and light brown for the rest. I really don't like the way it looks, and I just want to have dark brown colored hair without having to wait for the dyed hair to grow out completely. Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks!

Trying to match the roots with a permanent hair coloring dye will only do the job for a few weeks until the color starts to fade. So you will be caught in a cycle of having to keep coloring your hair to match the roots. A better solution is to buy shampoos and conditioners for dark hair at a beauty supply store (also at some grocery stores and drug stores). They will leave your hair looking a little darker after each use so that the color blends better. If you buy them, get the ones for brown or black hair that don't have red hi-lights in them.

Growing it out, and living with the roots is the only way to get the natural color back. But to get rid of the dark roots, have a friend go with you to select a color that is as close to the color of your roots as you can get. Make sure that the displays have the little hair twists that show what the dye color produces. Your friend can compare them against the color of your roots.

There's a product that my cousin used when she made a mistake with the dye she tried. She didn't like the color, so we went to Sally's Beauty Supplies, and bought this liquid that comes in a bottle. She put it on and waited for five minutes, and all of the dye washed out. Now, if you have longer hair, it may take a few tries. My cousin has very thick hair, so she had to do it two times. The good thing is that it doesn't even damage your hair!!

i think of your honey brown colour at the instant it supplies a outstanding heat look. this is excellent for the summer season. this is recommended to even shop it for early fall. however the darkish brown will make a outstanding previous due fall and wintry climate look. each and every of the main suitable!

just go to a hairstylist ask for the best tone to match your roots you dont actually have to get your stylist to do that, or just use hair bleach, when i use bleach my gold streaks went back to black so bleach should work or just ask your sylist for some advice.
