we both know that he is the father of my child but he keep on denying coz he is protecting his job and his family. if proven through dna, what percentage will my child get? does it vary on the childs age? i mean the older the child the bigger amount he can get?

As far as if the child is included in his estate. If he is proven to be the father and the child is not included in his will you can contest it on your child's behalf. If he was to die after the child is 18 and he was not included in the will he is basically entitled to nothing. Minors, if one of the parent's dies, is entitled to the deceased parent's Social Security benefits until they are 18.

are you talking about child support? because if thats what your talking about its based on his paycheck what he brings home and it doesnt matter how old your child is....if your talking about him getting rights to your child he cant get any unless he goes to court and gets his own attorney and request for them...proves he's fit and wants to be in the childs life..
