I'm sure that if you had worn sunscreen for the day and didnt take a shower before bed and fell asleep with it on that you would be fine. I personally would not make a habit of it though because sunscreen, along with many other products have chemicals in them and its absorbed into your skin and goes into your body. Which is why we all have toxins in our bodies.

Having toxins in the body can/is harmful so try to eliminate it and not add to it.

Hi Claire

I agree with Cheryl. Manmade chemicals kill blood cells and can cause all kinds of issues with your body. Do not use sunscreen unless it's absolutely needed.

Best of health to you

Cheers

I don't really know from experience, but I have read you shouldn't put anything on your skin that you wouldn't eat becuase it is in fact absorbed into your blood stream and if you look at the ingredients, there are loads of toxins in those things

Guess I would want to ask, "Why do you want to wear sunscreen to bed?" Where are you sleeping? If you need sunscreen, then you need to add curtains or blinds to block out the light so you can sleep.

I think it would be "safe", but why????
