Stick your finger in a glass of red Kool-Aid for a few minutes. Your finger will turn red. That is because the red compounds in the Kool-Aid are absorbed into your finger. Now, wash your finger off. Doesn't come off does it? The same thing happens with HIV/AIDS (with a different bodypart). The difference is that the virus is so small that it absorbs much easier than the dye in Kool-Aid. Also, the skin is thinner down there generally (especially on the head), so it doesn't have as much to go through. And, a lot of blood is pumped in (and hence out) of the penis while erect. This will quickly spread the virus throughout the man. The hole at the tip? Inconsequential. The hole is pressed closed (generally) and is no more of an entrance than the rest. Besides, as small as the HIV is, it can move through the holes in a condom as small as they are (I believe another answerer mentioned Russian Roulette). It can so much easier move through your skin. Kool-Aid doesn't even go through latex, so the experiment wouldn't work with a condom on your finger. And when it is open, the traffic is flowing the wrong way. This is probably what is confusing you. Something traveling up that pathway would be futile, like trying to shove a small rock into a hose while it's turned on. The water would keep pushing the rock back out. - Flobi

During intercourse the bodily fluids containing AIDS/HIV virus are transmitted to other person from the person already having thes diseases.
No about AIDS -
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS or Aids) is a collection of symptoms and infections in humans resulting from the specific damage to the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The late stage of the condition leaves individuals prone to opportunistic infections and tumors. Although treatments for AIDS and HIV exist to slow the virus's progression, there is no known cure. HIV is transmitted through direct contact of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and breast milk. This transmission can come in the form of anal, vaginal or oral sex, blood transfusion, contaminated hypodermic needles, exchange between mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding, or other exposure to one of the above bodily fluids.

Unprotected sexual intercourse is partly responsible for the SPREADING of the Aids virus, not for the existence of the virus itself.
Other things that cause the spread of AIDS is sharing dirty needles, having unprotected anal or oral sex and having blood transfusions (where the blood is not screened),

One of the ways that HIV is spread from one individual to another is via unprotected sexual intercourse. Once infected with HIV, this can develop into AIDS. It's not the only way, but one of the most common.

sexual intercourse isnt 100% responsible for hiv or aids. you can get the disease through shared needles, blood transfusion, and exchange of fluids from another affected person which would most likely be from intercourse, oral sex, and even breast milk

It's not! The original aids virus originated in monkey brains that were consumed by humans. The aids virus itself was then transfered among humans through sex. Personally, I believe it has something to do with "anal" sex as those practicing it seem to be the greater percentage of victims. However, any sex with someone who has the virus can be a fatal mistake!
