You need to contact an attorney. Your attorney can bring suit in a court that will require the individual to submit for DNA testing to prove parantage.

Go the the local Child Support Enforcement Agency and file paperwork against him (look in the phone book under Human Services or something like that). Either way, he will have to recognize the child or take a DNA test to determine if he is the father, then a support order can be made and he can be added to the birth certificate if needed. Just remember though, once he is found to be the child's father and ordered to pay you support, he will have rights to the child and could go after you for custody if he feels you are unfit. Not trying to scare you, but things can get ugly sometimes in those situations! As for his job - that is his problem and who cares what his positon is or what he does for a living. This child should be getting support no matter what!!

Contact the child support services in your area and they will help you with a DNA test- explain to him in advance what you are doing to give him that last chance
-get him to take a DNA on his own in private that way- tell him you have to know for yourself and the child, if you go through the system its public record so you might appeal to this thought with him. If the child is his and he;s not livingup to his responsiblities after knowing for sure then worry about you and start a request for support throughchild services and let the heads roll- If he's a Dean he should have enough brains to fugure this out....Be happy that maybe you won't have to deal with him,you get a wonderful BB who will be your joy (mine are) and the guy looking for YOU will still be out there....

I know in Texas that the Attorney General's office can do DNA tests to determine paternity and they will also set child support. However, they are really slow at doing this so you might be better off getting a private attorney. You might be able to get one to do it probono. How do you think those women who prove paternity on celebrities do it? They file for a judge to order a paternity test based on the fact that the man might be the father. If a judge does this, the man will have no choice to have the test done. If he is proven to be the father, then from my understanding, his name can be put on the birth cetificate and he will get ordered to pay child support, but will also get visitation if he requests it.

You need to contact the child support office in your comunity ban in your city or town, you give them all the info and they take it from there. They will get the dna test and go to court with you.And even collect your money and in most states if the biological dad wont pay then he will go to jail after he is proved to be a dad.Dont just let this go away because if the parent ever passed away you would never be able to get any of his benefits for the child.I know this because my ex husband passed away and thank god he never denied his kids because the support i get now from his death benefits helps me provide a better life for the kids. And if you never prove that then they would not be able to get anything from there biological dad.Child support really is great call them on monday.

You'll have to go through your local human services office or possibly even the courts to compel him to take a paternity test. It will be a difficult process but your child is worth it. Start with human services. They will get in contact with your state's child support people. Good luck.

As stated before, you will have to get the court to order a DNA test. Be sure that he is the father, because if he is not, you will not get vary favorable results from the court next time. I say this because too many cases like this have actually happened.

Get a DNA test and then you will have the papers and can make him support the child. If you don't have the money? Call Maury Povich.
