i need to gain 'good' weight (i'm a guy). The men in my family are hereditary 'sticks'(thin wrists, tall, lengthy) I go to the gym 3 times a week for like the past 6 months and see results but I just grow with my height. any tips?

the type of frame that is in your family is ecto morph. they have long limbs and like you say, skinny wrists and ankles. it will be harder for you to put muscle on, but you should speak to you trainer and they should devise you something that is suited to your body shape. also ask them on advice for your supplement intake, things like protein and creatine, will help you. check your diet and make sure your protein intake is good, if you are eating more fats then fish or meat or veg, than you will just burn it all off as that is what's used for energy first. hope this helps and good luck with your training! persistance is the key!x

Have your thyroid tested. If it's hyper, your doctor will prescribe medication to slow it down. That will help you gain weight. Also, eat a lot of high calorie foods, like malts, shakes, ice cream, etc.

Eat what I eat and when I eat and exercise when I exercise. You will be over weight in no time
