I'm not trying to be rude, but are we dealing with a homosexual situation here because your name says Logan B. Im just wondering not that it matters or anything I just kinda needed to know the whole situation before giving an answer, but I will try my best to give a good one.
If you like him, then put yourself out there and let it be known. If you don't express your true feelings then you will never know.
If he likes your bestfriend, then move onto someone who will recognize what a great person you are.

U like him good. have u ever seen this guy showing effection toward u. if not there is no point in thinking about him, there could be someone else made only for u who will understand u.

well just be yourself when your around him don't act like you want him. (trust me it doesn't work if you do he might freak out and hate you forever.) he is a guy and guys know what they want but they don't know what they are missing even if it is right under their nose.
