how old were you when you had your first child, and how old were you when you had your most recent child?

trying to work out some kind of average.

I was 20 with my first
21 with my second
26 with my third
and I'm almost 28 and pregnant with my fourth although I have a threatened miscarriage, so it might not work out.
I had a misscariage in dec 2003 then went on to have my third child, I had another miscarriage in may 2006.
But when I have child number 4 that will be my addition to the population!

I was 18 with first child in 1981. Second child, I was 22 in 1986. Third child I was 38 when child was born in 2002. My oldest and youngest are 20 years apart.

Sadly, my second lil one passed away when he was 6 weeks old, so not only do I have 3 wonderful children but I also have he cutest angel in the whole world looking after them.

Also it has to be said that the older you are when you have a baby the harder it is! Referring to the birth etc, but I wouldnt be without any of them!

My eldest is now 18 and the youngest is 3 and yes there are big gaps, but they are all absolutely great kids, I am very proud!

i was only 17 when i had my first child and 19 when i had my second and last child..I think I made the right choice to have children at a young age as now I'm still young enough to go out drinking with them and not feel old..

I had my first child at 21 and my last child at 42. My first was in 1972, my second was in 1989 and my last was in 1992. As you can see I had a child in three different decades, pretty awesome, right?
