fear is a kind of expression in our mind. dear friend i had fear with dog but to overcome it i made friendship with it. like that if u fears any thing try to work with it. try to make a strong mind.

I have an article wrtten by me that will help you overcome any and all fear once you understand the fear.

Fear is a good thing.


It is there to protect you.

It takes determination and some help to overcome the fear.

eg Fear of darkness, height, travel....all this are very good fear to have but it must not over power ones life. It should make you alert to the situation.

Darkness, if it makes you alert the chances of tripping and falling are less.

Height, if you have this fear you will be careful and stay clear of the dangerous situation and avoid falling of a cliff.

Travel, if you are alert because of this fear it will make your journey safer.

The trick is to face the fear and turn it in to an added advantage to you by being cautious.

Fear is there within everybody. But it differs from person to person. for example, a matador could be afraid of cockroaches.

Just confront your fear and settle down to understand what would be the worst. Accept the worst and you have nothing to fear. After you have accepted the worst, it would not hurt to improvise on your existing condition - it would be one step away from the worst. Take another step, then another and then a 1000 more - You are well past your fear now - bravo !

It's all in your head. Face your fears and get over them. When you live in constant fear, it's not really living. I have been there and got through it. Talk to someone who will encourage you and help you. My girlfriend encouraged me to face a lot of things in my life and I can say that I live a bit better now. Be confident and brave, don't let things get to you. Good luck!

fear is a normal response against stimuli which could be potentially hazardous to the body. this distinction is made early in the development. fear if it exceeds normal limits leads to phobia.

treatment-psychotherapy and drugs
conditioned response is developed either by flooding or remodelling of the response.

talk to as many people as u can by having a proper eye contact.
attend social gatherings&try to gain experience in life.don't escape frm confronting ur weaknesses &try to correct them.THAT'S IT den u vil b totally FEARLESS.
