Do I need to try and reinstall 1 failed update?

New computer me a learner had one microsoft automatic update failed, do I need to try and reinstall it, if so how?

Go to the Windows Update site and download it from there manually. The other updates will work properly after that. You will need the BITS(background Intelligent Transfer Service installed and activated for the updates to work. This will be the first thing installed at the update site. After that you should be able to do automatic updates.

Do you own a legal version.. if yes, then try again and it will succeed, otherwise not
