As long as there are indigenous peoples then there will be some form of their original religion practiced. I know that it has been discouraged over the years but there are some going back to their origins and bringing back the old customs and beliefs such as with many American Indian tribes. I have gleaned this through my studies in Anthropology (that was my major in college) and from my interest in American Indian cultures.

In some cases the practices blended with catholic practices. So you might have tribal practices and catholic merged OR voodoo and catholic merged. I dont think that is a good thing. Yes there are many people groups which are almost untouched tribal groups in the world. The Warani tribe ( also known as Aucas ) were one. They were considered the most violent people ever existing and became Chrsitians and became peacable. That is a good thing. They rarely lived to be grandparents and now have had a much better quality of life.

Even some of the funky ones are still practiced--and not as recunstructionist religions. Odinism, the native Norse religion, has been practiced pretty much continuously, even alongside Christianity.
Hinduism and Shinto, both practiced today, certainly qualify as indigeonous religions as well.

Of course there are! My religion is the indigenous religion of the Germanic tribes. There aren't a lot of us Asatruar around, but enough you can easily see our religion is still being practiced daily from Scandinavia to Vinland and beyond.

Yes, even some major world religions probably count. Judaism is, for instance, a non-proselyitizing religion where a large number of the religion's members live in the ancestral land where the faith germinated. Likewise Hinduism.
Tribal animism remains fairly widespread in parts of Africa.

yes there are some who still practice the Ancient Ways. although here in the States much of the Ancient Ways have been corrupted by the influence of Christianity since the European " invasion " but there are many who try their best to honor and preserve the Ancient Ways and Traditions as much as possible.

Sure, all over the world, and not the modified and watered-down version, but the real authentic stuff.
