I used to have a lab that was back and when she would get her "summer coat" she would turn brown. So I would say it is all in her family jeans. There is a such thing as a chocolate lab and maybe in her family there was one.

particular it incredibly is commonplace. Labs carry distinctive colours of their backgrounds frequently,so it incredibly is the norm to get all Lab colours in a clutter. If the two blacks come from 10 plus generations of no longer something yet black on the two side then and in basic terms then ought to you have a clutter of all black domestic canines, under 10 generations and you in basic terms take place to get black puppies by capacity of twist of fate. get exhilaration from the puppies it seems such as you will need some superb colours interior the clutter :) p.s. by capacity of ways the tan or mild coloration is rather a yellow lab...yellows circulate from very almost white all a thank you to an very almost pink coloration :)

well I am a lab owner too. I have a pure black lab. The breeder that we got them four only has 1 coulored labs . But he has some white some brown and some black.
Pure labs are only one colour. the mixed one sometimes have two colour. the breeder from were we got our dog told us that pure labs have no spots and they come with a pedegrie.

I guess,I think the puppy is genetically mix,I guess that the mother was a brown dog and the father was a black dog, resulting that puppy to be mix with both colors from the parents... :) hope this helps!

labs would be solid black
solid chocolate
solid cream (yellow)
there is no way a purebred lab would have 2 colors combined on it.. this dog is a mix
any dog not registered has to be considered a cross.. and cannot legally be called purebred

it is probably a mixed breed but ask the person. I know there is definately three colors of breeds yellow, black, and brown. But if you are unsure definately ask someone about it. But don't buy it before you know for sure
