The teachings of Islam states that the Muslim community should coexist in complete harmony and tolerance with people of other religious communities. The Qur'an prescribes that as long as the other communities do not oppress the members of the Muslim community, they ought to coexist in love and tolerance. This has been demonstrated by Muhammed (PBUH) through his life. Even the subjects of a Caliphate have no right to hamper the freedom of faith nor the freedom of worship of the non-Muslim citizens. The ruler is liable for the complete protection of their lives and property. The Prophet (PBUH) has taught that it is an unpardonable sin to be unjust to non-Muslim citizens.

Truth.Islam is the revealed and real truth from the creator of all that there is the one and only Allah.Its the final revelation of Allah to mankind and the holy quran is a living miracle we have with us.Islam is a complete way of life and when you study it thoroughly and apply its principles to your life you see the rewards of it.Thats why its the fastest growing religion in the world even in the face of such negative image formation by deviated elements inside and outside Islam.Ever more reason why we should by example not only preach but practice the right Islam so we can create a positive example and thus propogate the message of truth for the benefit of the entire mankind.

Well, I find this a miracle of Allah. Even though so many people are skeptical about Islam and it's teachings, it is still the fastest growing religion in the world, and that should tell us something. I think what it offers is love, peace and truth. Not to say other religions aren't peaceful, Christianity is probably the closest to Islam. I guess Allah has opened the doors to some and not others. He knows best.

Islam is for people of all ages, ethnicities and nationalities. Everyone prays in the same mosque and it doesn't matter what your background is or what language you speak... Islam unites global citizens!
In Islam, we don't believe one person is more closer to God than the other. Everyone has an equal chance of being close to God.
Islam tells its followers to respect, honour and love their parents... even if they are not Muslims! refer to Surah Luqmaan, verse 15.. which is my favourite Surah btw :)
