nope..no soreness. Yesterday..i knew the headache was coming. U know how u shake ur head n u can feel the pain? i did that before the headache was actually there. n i knew it was coming..then it came. n it's been there. This morning i woke up n thought it was gone..then as i got up..i felt it again. slowly it escalated into a headache again.
When i was younger..i started having headaches..when I was around..8-10yrs old. At least once a month i'd get a headache..n sometimes a few times a month.

The location and description of pain sound like a tension headache. They come from tension in the neck and shoulders, and radiate up into the head. Try massaging/putting pressure on the spinal muscles to assess their state of tension. If you lay on your back and put a hand behind the head, use your thumb to firmly press on the tiny muscles that attach your upper spine to the base of your skull (sub-occipital muscles). When they are really tight, they will shoot pain into your head, right where the headache is happening. That is a tension headache.
Massage those muscles, do pressure points (apply direct pressure to the nastiest areas for up to 30 seconds), and follow up with an ice pack for 15-20 minutes. See a doctor to make sure this is the correct diagnosis and rule out anything requiring further medical intervention. If tension headaches are the problem, you need to assess your posture, your habits, your workload, etc. to find the things that make this worse. Treat with massage, ice, regular stretching, strengthening weak muscles, chiropractic, muscle relaxants, etc. It's an ongoing battle.

Since you have nausea and a fever, I would go to the doctor asap. It could be nothing, but it could be as serious as meningitis. I would check it out.
