Here are two of my favorites! Have a great evening! Hope these help you.
Easy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
1/2 pound ground pork sausage
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, stems removed
Preheat the broiler.
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and transfer to a medium bowl.
Blend cream cheese with the sausage. Stuff mushroom caps with the cream cheese and sausage mixture.
Arrange stuffed mushroom caps on a medium baking sheet. Broil in the preheated oven 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly browned.
Bow Ties
1 box Club Crackers
1 lb. bacon, cut in half
Parmesan cheese
Take Club Crackers and break on all line.
Wrap the bacon around the cracker.
Put a cake rake on top of a sheet cake pan, so grease can fall through.
Lay the crackers on cake rake and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.
Turn 1/2 way through and sprinkle with cheese.
Cook until crisp. They will look like little Bow Ties when done!

This is so 60's but people gobble these up. Clean & trim celery into about 3-4 inch pieces. Mix a block of cream cheese (room temp) and a couple of cans of devilled ham together - blend well. Put the cheese mixture in a ziplock bag and snip off one corner. Put a line of cheese mixture into the channel of each celery stick & chill well.

Brie - slice off the white basically from the suitable of the Brie, place on a plate with an side this is somewhat bigger than the main floor of the plate, suitable the brie with freshly chopped pecans (i like them uncooked or toasted on suitable of the range - the two way is scrumptious), sprinkle gently with brown sugar and then gently pour Kaluha over the suitable so as that this is overflowing and surrounding the exterior of the Brie to boot. Then Microwave til Brie is softened - no longer melted, yet mushy sufficient to kinda unfold relatively. Serve with Crackers of your determination (I regularly decide for a fancy Breton or the like). this is scrumptious and ridiculously ordinary and speedy. human beings RAVE over this each time I serve it.

You can buy Peperidge Farm puff pastry and put any kind of filling that you like - cheese or mushrooms. Just cut the pastry in squares and and fold over on the diagonal and bake. You can make them ahead of time and then bake when your guests arrive.
