Are you ignoring me or is it because of the army..but you really should tell me what is wrong with you. I told you that I made the mistakes because I think we are friends right? I also told you that I can NEVER NEVER love you so you don't need to be scared of this. I love X so much that I get sick when I miss him so much...maybe you think I do or something but I don't and I NEVER will Ok I see you as a special friend that I can tell anything to like a best friend or a brother....So you can tell what is wrong ok! Answering the question you are INTENDING to ask. Yes, I would be pissed off. Do you want to be friends with her? If not, then blow her off. If so, then talk to her. And just because she said that she will never ever love you doesn't mean that she can't change her mind. They call it "Women's Prerogative." Be goood friends with her. The closer you are to her, the easier it will be for her to fall for you.
If it were me, I would probably blow her off. Girls love having lots of friends. They are different. In friendships and relationships. As her friend she will get (just about) everything she would get from you being her boyfriend. But you won't be getting what you need from her. If you don't stand a chance, don't settle for second best.

No, not from this girl. If it was from a woman or girl I loved, I am not sure how I would respond. You forgot to say how you felt about her. If you are friends then maybe you have neglected to write or call her. If you are not close friends then maybe you could write to her and explain or ask her to clarify some of her words. Either way, it appears you need to communicate some things to her.
In the Army, well thank you for serving. I never took the opportunity to serve our country.
I realize letter writing is something we are not taught. It's something you develop in time if you try. I try to write as if I am having a conversation with the other person. Answer their questions and add anything new or ask questions. It sometimes can lead to long emails or letters.

ah the old " lets meet again but as friends this time" letter. you met, shagged and parted she wanted to keep in touch but you decided to go your own way and forget about her. if i recieved a letter like that i wouldnt be angry, i'd be a bit pissed off that she did'nt get the message to not! contact you again by your absense of contact. easy fixed, txt her to f**k off, and then get a new sim card. its acceptable for women to draw conclusion on a relationship no matter how menial or short lived, but do it to them, wow baby its like a hammer to the heart for them, they don't like it one bit especially if you tell them "we will never be friends". the next letter or txt from her will possibly end "take care of yourself".
