Um.. don't listen to these crazy people. I'm from South Africa, and you don't need any vaccinations to go to Cape Town! You aren't going to the bush you know!

You do not to be vaccinated for anything. The only thing you can do is to keep checking South african websites on outbreaks of diseases, then probably you will get what you need. But all in all there is no need for vaccination against anything. Good luck

You won't need any inoculations unless you're traveling from a yellow-fever endemic area. It is also advisable to have your polio and tetanus jabs up to date.
