Use a cd writer and a burning program like Nero (writers are usually shipped with the burning program)

if you have xp highlight the document you want than right click it and among your options it will say write these files to cd. click that. tell it where your cd writer is (i.e. drive letter) put new cd in the writer & let it burn

Get writing software. I recommend Roxio 8 Supreme

put a blank cd in the burner ... drag ur doc onto the cd icon in my computer and follow the prompts.....
