Cubic feet is the inside storage capacity of the freezer. Measure and mulitply length x height x width of the storage area to get cubic feet.
If you need overall dimensions, measure the length x width x height of the outside of the freezer to find out if it will fit where you want to put it.

Height x Length x Width all in inches divided by 1728(cubic inches in a cubic ft.) will give you cubic ft. or look at it another way, a box 3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft is a cubic yard. That's 3 x 3 = 9 x 3 rows high=27cu.ft. or 36"x36"=1296"x36"=46656" divided by 1728"=27cu.ft.
