You have yourself stated that you feel attracted towards him. You are the right person to determine whether your feeling for him is love or just attraction. If yours is a case of love at first sight, then its different altogether. Otherwise, don't you think that 'a few days' acquaintance is insufficient for falling in love? It is in all probability a very strong initial attraction which might blossom into love in time and under proper circumstances. As to whether your colleague has reciprocal feelings for you, I think you have to gauge it yourself. If you want to ask him, don't do it right now. It would be hasty besides looking improper.
My advice is take your time. Don't rush to fall in love. You are endowed with the power of judgement. Use that judiciously. Consider him objectively and vis-a-vis yourself - things like his feelings for you, compatibilty etc. Then take firm confident steps towards falling in love...or getting out of it.

What is her attitude towards you? friendly, aloof, cool...?
Just ask her out for a coffee and find out her interests, hobbies etc. Don't appear as if you are trying too hard to impress her. Be yourself, have a good humor and if nothing works out, you atleast have a good friend!
