You have two choices as I see it. You can keep seeing him and hope it goes where you want it to or you can move on to someone who is ready for the kind of relationship you are ready for. Whatever you do be sure you are happy. life is too short to waste any of it.

Leave this guy... he dun appreciate ur love and he is not worth to have that at all.. he just enjoy flirting away and have a gal to hug with n go out with when he thinks he wants to have it... unless u are also dun intent to plan for ur future of having a family, then u can have fun with him n play along with his flirty act. if not, is better to leave him...
