There are many pin-up photographers, such as Vargas, who have books out of their work. Go to your local library and check a few of those out and see if you find a particular photograph that you like.
You can also check out http://www.bmezine.com which has MASSIVE galleries of all types of body modification - including tattoos.
Then, there's always the option of images.google.com which will give you great results, as well.
If you have something specific in mind, go to your tattoo artist and tell them and they'd be happy to draw up a unique piece for you. That way, it will be both something that only you have and you'll have a say in pretty much every aspect of how the pin-up will look!

Go to your local shop. They will have lots of Pin-Up style flash. If you want the best and most respected designs of Pin-Up girls look online for some Sailor Jerry flash designs. His flash is and always will be a favorite among true old-school tattoo enthusiasts.

You have very good taste. I love pin up girls, I am working hard to be able to do them, that is what I want to do in tattoos.Do a search for pin up girls, there are a lot of them, I'm sure that you will find one you like.

Come down to any tatoo parlor and look at the flash on the wall. Pin up girls are still a fairly popular tatoo and you shouldn't have any problem finding one you like. Check as many parlors as you can conveniently get to, because like all artists, styles differ greatly. If you like, bring a good photo of the woman you love and have her likeness on the tatoo. Makes it more personal.

You really want one? It looks so tacky, and what will any future girlfriends think of it? Or when your old - you'll just look like one of those dirty old men.
Most tattoo parlours have books full of their designs, and as pin up girls aren't exactly rare I'm sure you'll find one in there. I would recomend getting something a little mre personal though, and remember, they stick with you for life!

my advice is to meet with an artist you like and cheek out there work.If they can do pin up they will usally have a book off prev work the can show you. Dont rush it coz your left with it.

get a proper picture you like and take it to the tattooist if they are any good at all then they will turn the pic into a tattoo design.

my best advice would be to seek out a tattoo artist who you really admire and have them draw up a custom piece.

design it yourself, or have a good artist draw one up for you. that way, it will be original and you can make it symbolic of something dear to you.
thats what I did with my tattoos, I designed all of them and made them all symbolically dear to me.
