i work in a gymnasium and just wanted to know what really helps people loose weight. i meet alot of people with different problems so i just wanted to know what dietry changes you have made to help you loose the extra pound

just say "no" to the extra helping. Left-overs make another meal the next day. No snacks, cola, icecream, bars of chocolate. read the label on everything.

I have learned that just cutting your portions in half works for me. In other words don't eat everything on your plate! Try this.

Dont go on a diet,diets make you fat!
Eat healthy all the time.Lots of fruit,veg,pulses,and not too much fat.
