The easiest thing to do is call them. I looked at some internet websites when my fiance and I decided to get married at the courthouse but calling them just got me all the answers fast. It was $75 for a marriage license and $25 to perform the ceremony but that's in Maryland. It differs from state to state and even county to county. Look up the courthouse in the phone book and call them for the information. It's a lot faster than asking a bunch of people on the internet. The courthouse will also be able to tell you if there's a waiting period. So call them. If you called today you could probably get down there in enough time to know what you need to get a marriage license, get the license and you could get married soon.
