Why im still hungry eventhough i ate 2 plates of rice plus fried eggs?
I ate alot so that i can gain weight(muscles) but so far, i managed to gain 0.5 pounds of solid muscles after 3 weeeks of intensive training?
What should i eat so that i wont get hungry every 3 hours after heavy meals and helps me to gain weight at the same time?

There is two types of food; fast digest, and slow digest.
Rice is fast digest; within an hour, your stomach disgested all the rice, so you are hungry again.
The eggs are somewhat a slower digest food. But not fried. You do not need the cholesterol from frying.

Eat every 3 hours, eat foods like an apple, a bananna, almonds, plain, salad, canned white chicken breast in water, etc. All these foods digest very slowly so you will not be hungry all the time.

Good luck with your training.

Your metabolism has kicked into high gear. If you're trying to gain weight during intensive workouts, you will have to increase your caloric intake. You are burning energy with working out. So you have to put more calories into your body. Chocolate shakes throughout the day will help. Through the day, eat lots of small meals with high calories to keep you from getting hungry.
