You've got at least two options.

1) (Easy but expensive) use Interflora. You go to your local flower shop that is part of the Interflora scheme and choose the type of arrangement you want and the card and message to be included. This order is passed to the florist's in New York who creates the bouquet or whatever, and delivers it to your mum.

2) (More effort, but cheaper) Look on the internet for a florist in New York. Order over the internet or by phone. Pay by credit card.

It's very easy. You can go to any local florist or try any online to send them. The more you wait before the date you want them delivered, the more it will cost....so be sure to order them at least 5-7 days beforehand. My father and step-mother live in Minnesota, and I send flowers several times a year!

What happens is that the flowers are NOT made in a shop near you...that shop sends the order in to a location close to the recipient and THEY make them and deliver them. That way they're very fresh!

It maybe cheaper to find a florist website in the states that would arrange and deliver flowers for you, rather than sending them from here.
You could try interflora,as i think they're worldwide, but its gonna cost you.

You can go into almost any floral shop in your town, tell them what you want and were you want it sent. They will then connect with a floral shop in that area, and have the order delivered for you!

There are also mail order/internet order options such as:
1-800-flowers - http://1800flowers.com/

Yes, interflora.

If you don't want to use them, you could always do a search for a florist close to where she is getting married and they would probably be happy to send them for you.
