O god you poor thing this happened to me and the only thing i could do was try and get over him. If your friend likes him and he likes her chances are they goin to get together so you have to decide if you can support them and be happy for them and if not you should tell your best friend how you feel and see what she says.if she nos that if they got together it would hurt you she probably stay away from him. there are loads of lads out there who will love you back so try not to beat yourself up bout it

Well If your best friend loves him, let her know, but tell her you won't do anything, and see what she says.
If she doesn't love him back then tell her and ask if she can talk you up (Make him like you) when she's around him then make a move.
This happened to me and it ended really well.

It depends on if your best friend likes him or not. If he likes her and she likes him and they are happy then i would try to find someone else. But if shes not interested then you should you try to get him to like you.
