if your positive and keep your eyes open then you have a good chance, put on the outfit you feel most comfortable in and dont act desperate but remember most of the time you meet a man your not looking for one good luck and i hope you do meet a decent one.

As fatherly advice and a Las Vegas person, the odds are always the same for women meeting decent men - bad on any given night.
There just aren't that many out there, IMHO.

your question say "finally meet". So I would say you've been looking in the wrong places and if you continue to look in the same old places your chances are minimal.
Time to look further afield I think. try a different pub / club / town

I say low, because when women try to meet "a nice guy" they don't go places where nice guys hang out. like bars! How many nice guys go to bars? If you want a man interested in booze, than a bar is a great place to go. If you want a guy who is polite and maybe even moral, than go to places where those activities are encouraged.
