MSN groups has an Avoidant Personality Group which addresses social phobia. Instead of avoiding social situations because of your fear, you may want to put yourself into these situations so that you can eventually feel more comfortable - pick relatively "safe" situations such as a church group or a group in which a common interest is shared (sports, cooking, etc.) It may also be helpful to have a friend or spouse accompany you in certain social situations.

I typed in Social Phobia forum and it came up with many different things. One that I saw looks like it is disscusion of anxiety, social phobia and some other stuff.

No, everybody's too shy to start one. Seriously, have you looked into local support groups? You spend time with people who are dealing with your issues and won't judge you. They are there to help and be helped. It's like having friends who truly understand your situation.
