I would say that guys like to see not necessarily the panties however whats underneath them so the short skirts and exposing ourselves as such is probably quite a primitive action to attract the opposite sex and find a mate. After all our basic human needs revolve around the need to reproduce offspring and going back to animal instincts is in our human nature. Did you also know that we have the ability to pick our mate by the way that someone smells we can also determine if our mate is suited to us for life by this smell, if they have any diseases or problems in genes that are going to affect our future generations this is all true and has been researched this discovery in science was first featured on series on television called the Human Body so I suppose the question really is why guys like it well its probably more us that want to do it on a sub concious level to find a life partner.

when a man is born ed mom does ever thing with the male baby she washes him and play with him not in a bad way she kisses his body and then one day any where from the age of 3 to 6 she all of a sudden cuts the boy off no you can not come in here it is bad no you Can not take a bath with me he is scared for life be cause his mom that loved him and wash him and kissed him leaves him out in the cold
