I would suggest that someone is a ***** if they use spitefull and malisious ways to get what they want. Using people for their own personal gain. Saying one thing to one person and the saying something else to the other, and then lieing to make herself look better. If you need an example of this see Big Brother 7 (UK Grace)

Unfortunately, bitchiness, particularly in the work place tends to be the
female side of "strong willed" or "opinionated". That is, women are expected
to be demur and accomodating, while men are expected to guide.
That being said, people who exude that they are owed more out of life
then you are currently giving them, who measure their words to be
destructive, rather than constructive, constantly looking for fault rather
than the good in something - that's bitchiness.

bitchiness is pretty much when a person annoys the crap at you at which there is a point where you have to make up a word to define how they act. they are bitchy, make a word...bing bing bang...u got bitchiness!

Depends. Dating-wise, the b-itch is someone who always prioritizes herself above men and never lets on that she likes one before he tells her how he feels about her. She will make time for herself more than she'll make time for him. Often, she is too much in love with herself to love any man. Otherwise known as RioMadeira.
In general, the b-itch is someone who refuses to take crap from anyone, and can sound quite bull-headed when conveying that message to others.

It is a state of mind, not necessarily a female's, when one person taunts rather than talk, kicks rather than help, bites rather than help....and ends up being alone when all of his/her friends either dump him/her or too afraid to face him/her for fear of Rabies.
