It could be several conditions.Take her to see a dermatologist. Google white spots on skin and it lists vitiligo, tinea versicolor and a few others. They all involve having white spots.

Dont take chances with a child. There are many things it "could" be and none of them are likely to be diagnosed with any accuracy on here. Its probably nothing but you need to be SURE of that!

My nephue happened to face this problem too when he was about the same age you have told. Fortunately the spots began to disappear with the passage of time.Hope your daughter is going to get rid of it soon as well, wish her !!

This is a vitamin deficiency - get her eating some oily fish or get some omega 3 spread or yoghurt drink or something like that.

it is a diseases called lupis and if u dont go to the docters and get this cream and put it on her it will get worse then it is now and she wont be able to go outside in the sun or in the cold and how i know this is my mom has lupis so take my idvise so she can go outside in the sun and the cold.

The possibilities are she must be having worms. Check this first and then go to the dermotologist. Your family doctor can help you in this.

are they like whiteheads - but not. my friends twins have them. they will go with time i believe, try to resist picking them.

i got them just use clearasil and cream to keep the skin clean
