I'm only 19 yet I have a lot of wrinkles around my eyes. Will they go away eventually with the right eye cream? Or will they just get worse from this point on?

Do you squint a lot? If they are little squint lines perhaps you need glasses. If not, talk to a dermatologist who can give you a perscription for Retin A creme. Works wonders on those little buggers.

There's a certain way to put on eyeliner without causing premature wrinkles. You're not supposed to pull on the eye, you're supposed to be VERY gentle around the eye area since it's a sensitive area. Just apply it from an angle w/out stretching the skin. For premature wrinkles, you can use night cream from Olay. Michelle Phan said the earlier you start using cream for wrinkles the more preventive you can be thus you won't start developing a ton of wrinkles. Good luck!

They will get worse. I'm guessing you spend a lot of time outside (swimming, running, hiking, sports)?

See your doctor about prescription Retin-A in .05% strength. It will offer the most help, but it won't completely remove all wrinkles.

Be sure to use an SPF 30 sunscreen EVERY day. The damage you're doing to your skin now won't show up for 10 years and then it will be too late. 99% of all skin aging is due to the sun.

Your question is very common at the Kimkins Skin & Body forum.

No one has to have wrinkles. See my photo at the Kimkins website? I'm 48 years old with no wrinkles. I've been using Retin-A since I was 22 and I avoid the sun as much as possible.

No, it won't go away with the eye cream. Don't go under the sun without wearing a hat; you should wear sun glass, use SPF 15 face cream; drink green tea, and milk.

If you smoke, your skin will be ruined. Do you wear too much make-up and leave it on too long? Are you in the sun too much? Look into these things to try to get an answer. Also, everybody develops lines and wrinkles - maybe they are not as bad as you think. Good luck.

You must be a smoker. If so, stop.
