I don't know about a shampoo, but I know Rogaine for women is good for hair loss. If her problem is that it falls because is too tangled, then she can use Pantene Relaxed and natural is very good. Also she can try Samy products (pink bottle) you can find at Walgreens. For the chin hair she can use Nair or any product specifically designed for the face (not for the legs).
